Terms and Conditions for Taxi Bookings, Fares, and Website Use
These terms explain the general conditions for using our website, booking taxi services, understanding fare changes, and communicating with Ride One Way Taxi.

General Booking and Fare Conditions
Booking Confirmation
Bookings are treated as confirmed only after our team accepts the request through phone, WhatsApp, or website response.
Rates and GST
Displayed one way and round trip rates are treated as GST-inclusive unless clearly stated otherwise during booking confirmation.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide correct pickup details, contact information, travel date, route requirements, and special travel conditions while making a booking.
Travel Changes
Changes in route, delay, extra stops, waiting time, or return plan may result in revised fare or service adjustments.
Drop Trip Rules
One Way and Drop Trip Conditions
Driver Batta and Waiting
Drop trips carry driver batta of Rs. 400. If total travel distance is above 400 kms, driver batta becomes Rs. 600. Waiting charges are Rs. 150 per hour.
Minimum Running
For drop trips, minimum running must be 100 kms. Fare calculation may be based on the minimum running slab even when actual travel is lower.
Night Charge
Night charges of Rs. 200 apply if a drop trip starts between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
Additional Usage Charges
Pet travel may attract washing charges of Rs. 400 for Sedan and Rs. 500 for MUV. Extra luggage may attract luggage charges of Rs. 300.
Round Trip Rules
Round Trip Running and Daily Charge Conditions
Driver Batta Per Day
Round trip bookings carry driver batta of Rs. 500 per day. If distance travelled exceeds 500 kms in a single day, driver batta becomes Rs. 600 per day.
Minimum Running Per Day
Round trip bookings require minimum running of 250 kms per day. For Karnataka routes, minimum running is 300 kms per day.
Day Calculation
For round trip bookings, one day is treated as one calendar day, from 00:00 hrs to 23:59 hrs.
Hill Station Charges
Hill station charges are Rs. 300 for Sedan and Rs. 500 for MUV, in addition to applicable trip fare.
Service Use
Route Feasibility, Extra Charges, and Policy Updates
Third-Party Charges
Toll, parking, interstate permit, entry fees, and any government or travel-related charges are generally additional unless clearly stated otherwise.
Service Availability
All bookings remain subject to vehicle availability, route feasibility, weather conditions, and operational support at the time of travel.

This website is provided to help customers enquire, estimate fares, understand booking conditions, and contact us for taxi and travel-related services.
